Shepherd 2 Shepherd
Glenn and Vickie Smith have been married for almost 45 years and have been in pastoral ministry for more than 40 years in churches with congregations between 100 and 4,500.
They have lived in the trenches and dealt with the problems common to all pastors. They have in-depth experience of the challenges pastors face. They have also coached dozens of pastors and churches through conflict, transition, and various other aspects of church life.
Glenn and Vickie are passionate about strengthening pastors’ lives, marriages, and churches so that they can fulfill God’s call and destiny for their lives.
